Can I add a driver who has no email address?
Yes. Leave Email blank. DTE records the team member without a sign-in. When you later add their first email address on Edit and save, DTE sends an invitation automatically; check the confirmation for the delivery outcome.
Open add a driverWhy is Re-invite missing?
It is available only to someone who has never signed in and still needs to set a password. It is hidden for no-email, removed, and established accounts.
Open find or resend a missing invitationCan I set a coach to TBC without losing its driver?
Yes. On an existing slot, choose coach TBC and update it. The slot and its driver trail stay in place while you find a replacement.
Open change an allocationWhy cannot I select this customer?
New invoices can only be addressed to an active, non-placeholder customer. Restore the customer or correct the customer record first.
Open issue an invoiceWhy can’t I see this option?
Bookings Manage. Issued, part-paid or paid invoices can block abandonment; the finance team must resolve the accounting position using authorised workflows. Read-only imported history has restricted controls.
